Arcade Card Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: November 4, 2025
By accepting and using your Bowl-Mor Streator Arcade Card (as defined below), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully and keep a copy for your records.
In these Terms and Conditions, “You” and “Your” refer to the holder of the Arcade Card. “We,” “Us,” and “Our” refer to 9th Frame Entertainment LLC d/b/a Bowl-Mor Streator, an Illinois limited liability company, and its successors and assigns.

1. The Bowl-Mor Streator Arcade Card
We offer a stored-value arcade card (the “Arcade Card”) that allows you to play games and attractions at Bowl-Mor Streator. The Arcade Card uses a magnetic stripe or RFID chip to track your credits and redemption points. By purchasing, recharging, or using the Arcade Card, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, as they may be updated without prior notice.
Your Arcade Card allows you to pay for play on participating games and attractions by swiping the card at a reader. The required number of credits for each game will be displayed at or near the game.
Treat your Arcade Card like cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced. We are not responsible for unauthorized use, loss, destruction, or theft of an Arcade Card or its balance.
Arcade Cards and balances have no cash or monetary value and are non-refundable, except where required by law. They cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or resold for consideration.
We reserve the right to decline acceptance or limit the use of any Arcade Card we believe has been obtained fraudulently or used in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Purchasing and Recharging Credits
Credits may be purchased or recharged at any counter or self-service kiosk at Bowl-Mor Streator. Sales tax is included in all purchases unless otherwise noted.
If you wish to add a specific amount not available through the kiosk, please see an authorized staff member.
Purchased credits are non-refundable, except where required by law.

3. Game Credits
Game Credits (“Credits”) are electronic units stored on your Arcade Card that can be used to play select games or attractions. Credits can be of two types:

Regular Credits: Credits you purchase directly.

Bonus Credits: Promotional credits occasionally added during special offers.
Credits cannot be transferred between cards. Credits never expire and have no maintenance fees.
We reserve the right to determine the order in which Regular Credits and Bonus Credits are used. You have no control over which credit type is deducted for gameplay.

4. Redemption Points
Certain games award digital ticket points (“Redemption Points”) that are stored on your Arcade Card. Redemption Points may be exchanged for prizes at the redemption counter, subject to availability.
Redemption Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Redemption Points never expire and have no maintenance fee.
We reserve the right to review gameplay activity for all redemption transactions. Points or prizes earned through fraudulent activity, system error, or malfunction may be adjusted or voided.
You may check your Redemption Points balance at any kiosk or with an authorized employee.
We reserve the right to limit redemptions of high-value items (25,000 points or more) to one item per day, per guest, and to restrict excessive redemption transactions if necessary.

5. Malfunctions and Refund Policy
If a game or attraction malfunctions during play, notify an employee immediately.
We will attempt to repair the issue promptly. If the problem cannot be resolved quickly, you may be credited with replacement plays or equivalent value at our discretion.
We do not offer refunds for Arcade Card purchases or unused Credits. However, if a loss of Credits is caused by our equipment failure or staff error, we will replace the lost value once verified.

6. Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Arcade Card and void any associated Credits or Points at any time, without notice or compensation, if we believe it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Terms.
Any Credits, Bonus Credits, or Redemption Points associated with a terminated card may be forfeited.

7. Errors and Adjustments
We reserve the right to correct card balances if an error, malfunction, or fraud is suspected. If excess Credits or Points are issued due to a technical or human error, we may deduct them from your account.

8. Ownership and Property Rights
All Arcade Cards remain the property of 9th Frame Entertainment LLC. Cards may not be resold, copied, or used for unauthorized promotional purposes.

9. Disclaimer of Liability
We make no express or implied warranties regarding the Arcade Card, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Arcade Card or related services.

10. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Personal information collected in connection with the Arcade Card will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on-site or upon request.

11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be made available at Bowl-Mor Streator and on our official materials. Continued use of your Arcade Card constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

12. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

13. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and Conditions and all Arcade Card transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of LaSalle County, Illinois.
